Description

Three identical terracotta statues of King Edward VII in the top façades of the Coliseum on Terrace Road, Bath Street and Portland Street respectively. Edward VII is depicted in uniform and robes.

Annotation

The Coliseum was built for David Phillips in 1904 as an entertainments hall with a ground floor arcade, offices and stables. In 1976 it became the Coliseum Cinema. In the building is now the Ceredigion Museum and a pharmacy.
