The window was solemnly inaugurated on 27 June 1954 at the initiative of the Tourist Office under the mayorship of Mr Léon Sasserath. It is the work of Jean Jadin, who designed the cardboard and Miss Maggy Arzée. It was conducted under the direction of Professor Van de Capelle.
