Description

Bas-Relief in granite, 1.80 m high and 12 m long, showing five scenes of Quest for the Holy Grail by the knights of king Arthur:
  1. The Companions of the Round Table, – Gilead, Lancelot and Gawain – take a vow before king Arthur to undertake the quest for the Holy Grail.
  2. Lancelot takes leave of Queen Guenevere.
  3. Traveling in the Solomon, the "virgin-who-never-do-lied" presents the three knights a harness of her braided hair, precious stones and gold.
  4. A battle of knights, without names, symbolizing the countless adventures by the companions.
  5. Galahad, Bors and Percival achieve the Holy Grail.
