Bronze bust of Caroline Angebert on a concrete pedestal with a bronze portrait medaillon of Alphonse Marie Louis de Prat de Lamartine, chevalier de Pratz (Mâcon 1790 - Paris 1869), French writer, poet and politician who was instrumental in the foundation of the Second Republic and the continuation of the Tricolore as the flag of France (Wikipedia).
