6th September 1987 by the Lord Mayor of Swansea
Councillor H.W. Ayres J.P.,
to celebrate the centenary of Victoria Park and the
Centenary of the Boys' Brigade in Wales
on the occasion of the
First Brigade Council of the Boys' Brigade
held in Swansea
