Description

Stone statue of Saint Joseph with carpenter's tools and Jesus as a boy with a lily. The statue is at the corner of the formet Schmidl villa.

Annotation

The builder and owner of the house, architect Ferenc Schmidl, and sculptor of this statue, Béla Ohmann were close colleagues in the interwar period, especially when they were preparing for the Saint Stephen millenary ceremonies prior to 1938.
