Aantekening / Annotation
Monument for Louis Doms, who brought folk dance back to life in this area. He was also the first and by far most important informant of the Flemish Dance Archive, founded in 1964. He provided the music and choreography of dances that are still part of the collective repertoire of most Flemish folk groups.
Inaugurated 15 May 1983.
