Description
Monument with at the front a mourning widow and two children with flowers and a laurel wreath, before them the text a nos morts pour la PATRIE. At the sides are a soldier and a civilian. On the back side is a roaring lion.
The model for the mourning widow was Gérard's wife Fanny Tasquin.
