Annotation

The statue was unveiled by Devos himself in 1988 at the Festival International du Rire de Rochefort.

We wonder if it is a coincidence that the statue of Devos was made by the brothers Renard - since De Vos and Renard are the Dutch/Flemish and French equivalents of 'the Fox'.
