Description
Sculpture of a man.
Annotation
The statue allegorizes readyness for defense. Originally shown at the Landi 1939 national exhibition, the statue was moved to the Bundesbriefarchiv courtyard in 1941 to mark the 650 year jubilee of the Swiss confederacy.
