Description
Sculpture showing St. Václav sitting on an upside down dead horse. It is a parody of the equestrian statue of St. Wenceslas.
The sculpture is no. 2 in the Top 10 strangest statues in Prague of the Prague Post of 2014.
Annotation
Černý never comments on the meaning and symbolism of his work, but it's safe to assume that this Václav is a reference to Václav Klaus, prime minister (1992-1998) and since 2003 president of Czech Republic.
