Late Gothic town house, built into its present form in 1489 by Master Brikcí of Wrocław (Briccius Gauske) for Prokop Kroupa, a leading Kutná Hora patrician and mining entrepreneur. Brikcí created unique deep reliefs and intricately carved ornamentation.Just above the main cornice are reliefs of knights at a tournament, along with the coats of arms of the town and the miners' guild. Higher up, above the windows, are the coats of arms of the Czech lands, and at the apex of the gable is a relief of the Madonna and Child enthroned, flanked by Adam and Eve with the Tree of Knowledge in the top.
Around the bay window, on corbels beneath canopies, stand statues of St Wenceslas, Guta, John the Baptist, St Prokop and Ladislaus.
