Description

Large portrait (12 square meters), carved into the rock in the valley of the River Vrchlice – from which the poet took his pen name.

The photos were taken from the terrace on the east side of St Barbara’s Church because we couldn’t get close to it.

původní orientační desku věnoval
okresní klub československých turistů, byla
vyrobena ve slévárně antonína smrkovského
v kutné hoře a odcizena v roce 2007.
nová deska byla zhotovena na náklady města
kutná hora v roce 2008.

The original orientation plaque was donated by
the District Club of Czechoslovak Tourists. It was
made at the foundry of Antonín Smrkovský
in Kutná Hora and stolen in 2007.
The new plaque was made at the expense of the City of
Kutná Hora in 2008.
