Seating area 'Am Bucheneck' featuring a stone with an oval relief portrait, a sign and the date 1938 (carved in the stone).
It was fitted in the spring of 1937 on the initiative of the local poet Erwin Schwarz. Following Günther’s suicide, the Reizenhain Tourist Association decided to expand the newly completed area into an Anton Günther memorial. Following the expulsion of the German-Bohemian population, the stelae were toppled and the site fell into disrepair. On 7 June 2014, the square – restored through voluntary work – was ceremonially re-inaugurated, together with the memorial stone.
