Beschreibung / Description

Statue of a woman with two children.

Anmerkung / Annotation

The sculpture was made in the 1960s and placed in the inner court of the Wittekind Barracks. When the army left the barracks, the statue was donated to the town of Wildeshausen and in 2007 placed at the Fire Brigade.

Künstler / Artist

Anna Maria Strackerjan (Oldenburg 1919 - Oldenburg 1980), German sculptor (Website – Wikipedia).
