Description

In niches on the inside and outside of the gate are a total of six statues. The gate belonged to St. Michael's convent, and was built in 1724. Only the three statues at the inner side are the originals from 1724. Those on the outer side - St. Mary, St. Benedict and archangel Michael were destroyed, and replaced with modern statues by Georg Fürstenberg, probably from c. 1962 when the school was built.
