Around the base is the text ◎ im iahre ◎ des herrn ◎ 2000 nach ◎ christi geburt. (at ◎ are the symbols of the evangelists).

The column shows the development of Christianity in several scenes. Some of these are in chronological order are:
- The birth and crucifixion of Jesus
- The persecution of Christians in ancient Rome
- The march to Canossa
- The conquest and destruction of Jerusalem during the Crusades
- Martin Luther's 95 theses
- The translation of the New Testament
- The church struggle due to the Aryan Laws
- The attacks on the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001 (change to the original design not implemented after legal dispute)

Ring with the symbols of the three world religions Christianity, Islam and Judaism and the attacks on the World Trade Center on 11 September 2001.
It was unveiled on 21 September 2006 and was financed by the Richard Borek Foundation. It was Weber's last large sculpture.
