Statues - Hither & Thither

 

Description

Germany's westernmost point features a monument placed largely over the Rodenbach, the border stream. The border is marked with a red-painted vertical plate and the westernmost point with a red pole (on which many stickers have been stuck). On the back wall is a map of the area, on which the point is also marked with a red pole.
A corten steel plaque with a map of the boundary is located near the car park, while both trash bins nearby also have the boundary drawn on them.
