Description

Bronze statue of St. illustrated with a number of attributes, all of which relate to events during her lifetime and after her death.

abbess staff,
the book with the Benedictine rule,
bottle with the so-called Oil of St. Walburga,
crown associated with her royal origin,
ship: referring to the crossing from England,
bullock cart: transfer of her bones in 879 to Eichstätt,
dog, Walburga was once attacked by a dog.
