100 Jahre St. Martinszug in Straelen Ins Leben gerufen durch die Karnevals-Gesellschaft "Narrenschiff" im Jahre 1902 Fortgeführt durch viele Generationen ehrenamtlicher HelferInnen Das St. Martins-Komitee und die Stadt Straelen haben diesen Brunnen mit Unterstützung vieler Sponsoren und Spender errichtet und am Vortag des St. Martins-Festes, am 10.11.2002 festlich eingeweiht.
