Beschreibung / Description

Steel stele with silhouets of human figures, birds and plants.

In 2017 the exhibition "Dialogue of World Cultures" was held in Jülich and was a great success. The Chinese-German artist Ren Rong displayed over 30 three-metre-high steel steles in the Renaissance garden of the Citadel and on the ramparts of the fortress. One of these steles was bought by Jülich citizen, who made it available to the town as a permanent loan.
