[Japanese text] Taki Rentaro (1879-1903) was a respected composer in Japan. Between 1901 and 1902 he lived at Ferdinand-Rohde-Strasse 7. He lived and studied at the Leipzig Conservatory. In his short life, he left behind many masterpieces and opened the door to modern music in Japan. His achievements will forever shine through. [German text] |
