Description

Sculpture of Saint Elisabeth of Thuringia. On a long and steep staircase Elisabeth descends from the mountain of the Wartburg into the valley to the people, the poor and the sick. The staircase is shaped like a grown-up tree. An archway spans the steps and represents a border that crosses the Elisabeth.
On the 'mountain' are various people, animals and objects.
