Stone monument with a weeping face in stone a bronze laughing face in front. These faces symbolize the theatre masks for tragedy and comedy. The sculpture was made in the context of the 'Skulpturenprojektgotha', which took place from 1992 to 2002 in Gotha. Contemporary sculptures were placed in all parts of the city. 49 artists participated with their creative ideas, concepts and designs. Most of the sculptures disappeared since 1992.
