Cast-iron statue of the Republic, represented as a woman with in her righ hand a bundle of lightnings with the words droits de l'homme and in her left hand a fasces (symbol of power and jurisdiction). The statue stands on an hexagonal base with three putti on dolphins spouting water in the basin below.
