Description

Two-dimensional coloured image of Le Petit Prince after the drawing by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, standing on a 'disc' with a map of European Union. The colour give the date of admission to the Union:

dark blue: the six countries of the predecessor of the EU.
light blue: 1973
orange: 1981
yellow: 1986
brown: 1995
green: 2004 (Malta and Cyprus are not present on the map).
