2018 & 2022 |

Five meter tall statue of a horse by Cod Steaks made of steel plates (head and hooves) and steel wire.
In 2022 six sculptures of the same material were made by Luke Perry to be added to the War Horse statue. The new statues recognise those who served in non-combat roles during the First World War: a coal worker, a munitions girl, a Voluntary Aid Detachment nurse, a refugee and a child.
