Bronze statue on a large pedestal, with bronze reliefs on three sides of the upper section. On the lower section of the pedestal is the coat of arms of Parma and cartouches with the texts ROMA 1849, LOMBARDIA 1859, SICILIA 1860 (captions of the reliefs).
