Annotation

The name of this sculptural ensemble Sea of Hope seeks to portray the story of Câmara de Lobos which is closely linked to the sea. People live hand in hand with the sea, and even to be a mutual complicity. With this sculpture is sought to perpetuate the interdependence between the people of Câmara de Lobos and the sea.

The sculpture was made during the Simpósio Internacional de Escultura en Pedra (SINEP), held in Câmara de Lobos in 2004.
