Black marble obelisk.
Annotation
Five sided obelisk, erected in 1992 in occasion of the Columbus Quincentennial, each side to represent a century since the discovery of America.
The obelisk is very close to the 1960 statue. The photo on the right shows both monuments, the statue is in the background.
