Mosaic high-relief sculpture - 9.1 m high - including a cowboy, native Americans, horses and wild animals made of carved stone and brightly colored Italian glass mosaic tiles and 22-karat gold ornamentation. Commissioned for the building by legendary Dallas banker R.L. Thornton, who had a thing for cowboys. He was fond of wearing Western hats and was one of the city's most notable business gunslingers.
