Description

Portland stone obelisk, 17 m (50 ft) tall, with a relief bust, the name BURNABY and the dated place names KHIVA 1875 and ABU KLEA 1885.

Annotation

The obelisk was unveiled by Lord Charles Beresford on 13 November 1885.
